International youth football tournament: If you visit Aalborg for the international games, you should go at the time of Ascension. Few tournaments offer such a wonderful international spread, in the first round, as the Aalborg City Cup. With this balanced mix of nationalities, the organisers, of course, have a clear opportunity to promote their tournament to the top of the league. But to go from zero to 200 teams within a few years, an organiser must, of course, be an extremely good organiser. Examples? A beautiful sports park with twelve immaculate pitches directly adjacent to the attractive centre of Aalborg, a well thought-out competition programme as every minute counts for the participants, free access for the participants to the neighbouring Tivoli Karolinelund amusement park and, of course, the special international atmosphere at the park. In short, the party is in Aalborg.
